Why would anyone want to do this?

Have you ever had enough of this life and imagined how would you just let it all go and start anew, maybe even on another continent, or just go travel the world?

For us this was the reason we started walking and radically changed our lives.

Back in 2015 we were working on 9 projects at the time, having bigger and bigger debt because we invested in them, we were both physically ill and psychologically very weak and without a spark for life.

One hot night in July that year we asked ourselves:

“What would we do if money didn’t exist?
If nobody paid us for what we do?”

“We’d just walk, walk and meet people.
We’d share our knowledge and learn from them.”

“What would we do if money didn’t exist?
If nobody paid us for what we do?”

“We’d just walk, walk and meet people.
We’d share our knowledge and learn from them.”

We risked it all and surrendered.

We decided to leave in 5 weeks no matter what – even if we leave without money and with debt back home. We’ll become FEARLESS!

Result? A miracle happened!

When we were completing the projects, we earned more money in these 5 weeks than before in 2 years together. We paid off our debt and had 1000 EUR for both to start walking (and after 2 months stopped using money).

The most important thing we learned

Listen to yourself, listen to your heart and follow the pull. Give your best, your maximum, do all you can do and then surrender to life.

How did we survive without money?

It was not always easy, but when we were not in our heads dramatizing, we simply looked at which actions we need to take in order to get what we want.

Then everything became much easier.

  • We slept outside in nature without a tent
  • We stayed at people’s homes
  • We ate fruits and veggies we found in nature
  • And we ate food that was thrown (was supposed to be thrown) away

How did we exchange our work with people’s good deeds?

We did anything we could to contribute to the people on the way. There were some general things we did:

  • we helped them in the garden
  • we restored their homes
  • we created websites for them
  • we took photos for of their real estate
  • we took care of their cat
  • George fixed their lights and electricity

What we loved to do the most was leading presentations of our 5.000 km walk, and workshops where we shared how we face our fears and create what we want in life.

Which fears did we face on the way?

  • What if we stay without money (ha! And we did :))
  • Are we going to freeze in the winter
  • What if something attacks us in the forest at night
  • Who can we trust, what if someone is going to harm us, steal us or kill us
  • What if we’ll be hungry
  • What if we get sick and have nowhere to go to heal and rest

And a bit more delicate fears?

  • Can I trust my “intuition” – is it even intuition or not?
  • How do I stand for myself and say NO (when we were together and one wanted things the other didn’t want)?
  • Will I be able to listen to my body and it’s needs – so I don’t over push myself over?
  • Are we meant to be together or is getting divorced the only option?
  • Can I trust the Universe/Life that I will be safe if I surrender?
  • Am I worthy if I don’t have money, and browse through the trash for food and sleep at children’s playground?
  • Who am I? What if I’m none of what I thought I was?

What are we doing now that we finished walking?

AGNI IS WRITING A BOOK!

In the book she’ll also share:

  • Did they ever almost give up – and what was pushing them to keep on going?
  • How did the walk impact their relationship since they spent 24 hours a day together?
  • Did they get what they wanted to get from the walk in the end?
